GEL
Gel Reagent: “Clean serum/plasma separation”
Advantages
Mobility Control
BSK product utilizes a modified urea additive with good performance in controlling thixotropic properties. This additive enhances the fluidity of the gel when subjected to pressure above a certain level or temperatures exceeding 80 °C, but it does not flow or move when contained. This characteristic minimizes bubble formation during tube filling and allows for effective blood separation. Below 50 °C, the viscosity remains stable, and no fluidity occurs along the walls of the tube.
BubbleFree Filling
During the filling process in the equipment, we apply a certain temperature and then use vacuum to perform degassing. If your production equipment for the gel tank has a temperature control system or a vacuum device for the inside of the gel tank, bubble formation will not occur during tube filling. The gel we produce has properties that enhance fluidity when subjected to temperature and pressure, resulting in no bubble formation during filling.
